Mid-week mini-post time!  So this little spicy sauce is one of my absolute favorites.  I love consuming large amounts of sushi literally DRENCHED in spicy mayo, so when I came up with my Deconstructed Sushi Bowl recipe, obviously I had to come up with the perfect sauce that could be spooned by the cupful all over it, right?!  For me, the kick on this sauce is mild, but I love my spicy, SPICY, if you know what I mean?  So take some liberties with the sriracha if you’re so inclined, it’ll still be delicious!  I love this sauce over any asian meal, sushi, spread on a gluten free sandwich, or just squeezed straight into my open mouth directly from the fridge.  So enjoy my friends!

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cup homemade or paleo-friendly store bought mayo (I use this recipe)

1 tbsp fresh, grated ginger

4 garlic cloves

5 tbsp sriracha

1 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
  3. ENJOY!
